Job Summary

Leading the generation of qualified leads by attending scheduled retail store shifts and engaging with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding lead targets as set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed.
• Meet predetermined performance goals.
• Generate high‑quality leads for LeafFilter’s product offerings.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekday evenings (Monday–Thursday) and weekend availability required.
