You’ll build displays, support planograms, and collaborate with the Merchandising Services Team to execute resets and projects in line with Lowe’s standards. The role emphasizes safe, efficient work and may involve some customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based programs to complete tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds with team support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital data.
• Ensure price labels are visible and present.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged items, signage, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with the team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution.
