Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll help with daily living tasks, personal care, and participation in community activities, while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least six months in human services or direct care. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills expected.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community activities and routines.
• Encourage participation in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for participants.

Pay Rate $10.50-$11.00hr
