Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator. The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps the patient, and circulates the case, with experience across multiple surgical specialties.

Schedule is weekdays only with no holidays, nights, weekends, or on-call, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates seeking a rewarding outpatient role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an RN in the Operating Room.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Positioning the patient for surgery.
• Prepping the patient for the procedure.
• Circulating the case during surgery.
• Experience in specialties including Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, GI, Podiatry, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Colon and Rectal Surgery, and General Surgery.
