Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, and one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6 months medical business office experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients, calculates charges, verifies insurance and collects deposits as necessary.
• Prepares appropriate documents and charts.
