Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop is hiring for a full-time residential cleaner in Eureka, MO. The team promotes a family-oriented atmosphere and offers a Pay for Performance plan, mileage reimbursement, and weekly bonus opportunities. All supplies and equipment are provided.

PTO begins after 6 months, with dental, vision, and insurance benefits available. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until routes are finished, with a strong emphasis on detail, service, and community involvement

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished with route.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes according to schedule and standard procedures.
• Provide high-quality cleaning services with attention to detail.
• Be punctual and maintain a positive, service-focused attitude.
