Job summary

Liberty Endoscopy Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, Inc., is hiring a PRN GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse in Ohio. The RN will plan, direct, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- or post-surgical patients while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio RN license and ACLS certification, with strong nursing judgment and communication. Weekdays only; no holidays, weekends, or on-call, with some evenings required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for pre- or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with nursing, JCAHO, and Federal/State standards.
• Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.
