Job summary

McDonald’s franchise in Ohio is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained. You will support the team with daily maintenance tasks and assist in upkeep of equipment and facilities at the restaurant.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC cleaning. Being part of a franchisee-owned restaurant, you play a key role in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must support interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintain equipment.
• Willing to unload deliveries twice a week.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks as part of the team.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

What does a maintenance person get to do?

• Filtering oil fryers daily

• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out trash
• Changing light bulbs
