Molly Maid is hiring Home Service Professionals to help families in the Indianapolis area keep their homes clean. Earn $15-$21+ per hour with tips and bonuses, plus weekly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Paid training is provided, and a company vehicle is provided while on the job.

Join a supportive team focused on delivering reliable cleaning services. No experience is required; training, supplies, equipment, and transportation are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to perform physical work including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and lifting household cleaning equipment.
• Available Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean customer homes using Molly Maid's proven cleaning system.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Help create a positive experience for every client.
