Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising in Austin, TX is seeking part-time coaches who love kids and sports. You will coach sessions, implement our curriculum, and help players build skills and character.

Starting pay begins at $12 per session during a four-day trial, rising to $15 during two-week training, and $20 per session once you’re independent. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a fun, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. including background check requirements.
• Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Safely manage a class of up to 15 children

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

1) 4-day trial - where you are able to see the program in action by observing and doing some coaching with our coaches. During this time, we will pay you $12 per session once completed for all sessions you are coaching or assisting.

2) 2-week training period. This will be scheduled once we have discussed with you and coaches you were partnered with and both sides want to continue. During this phase you will again be paired with our staff coaches, and asked to assist or coach sessions at various locations during the week. Pay for these will be $15 session if training is completed, or if we decide not to continue with the hiring. During this step, we will also begin your background check process, and hiring paperwork. You will also be asked to complete online training videos to help you see and continue to learn the Soccer Shots Process.

3) When you officially start working with us as an independent coach, your pay per session will be $20.
