Job summary

CS Logistics in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Company Van driver for a Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm shift. Drivers deliver and pick up goods on a daily route with on-demand orders, using company vehicles and mobile devices for documentation. A $500 new hire bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off. Compensation is per delivery, with typical weekly averages of $700–$900 and 38–45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related fields.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Clean driving record with a current valid Motor Vehicle License; DMV abstract not older than 30 days.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up products at customer locations in a timely manner.
• Operate vehicle safely and in an incident-free manner.
• Load and unload vehicle at our locations as well as customer locations.
• Check in and check out with supervisor daily; provide proper documentation via mobile devices or paper manifests/BOL.
• Access, use and safeguard sensitive information and company systems; follow security and administrative policies.
• Perform additional duties on company issued smartphone as requested.
• Maintain proper chain of custody of packages and materials.
• Maintain a positive, regular attendance record.
