Job summary

Greencroft Communities' Southfield Village in Indiana is seeking an Indiana-licensed LPN or RN for a predictable Wednesday day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM in a senior living setting where getting to know residents is an important part of the work.

You'll provide hands-on nursing care, monitor residents, implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team to support well-being and meaningful connections with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN or RN license.
• Compassionate, dependable approach to resident care.
• Geriatric or memory care experience is a plus.
