Job summary

ADESA is seeking a Sale Day Driver to help move vehicles through the auction lanes during the sale day. The role requires you to follow safety guidelines and work outdoors on one 5-hour shift each Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

You will be responsible for safely driving vehicles across the block, staging and parking them in the correct lot areas, and reporting any breakdowns to your supervisor. Qualifications include being at least 18, having a valid driver’s license and basic computer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors under any type of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles across the block following safety guidelines.
• Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area.
• Advise supervisor or lane captain of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.
• Drive vehicles in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Report any driving incidents or mechanical problems to management promptly.
