Beginners Edge Sports Training in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part-time Youth Pickleball Coach to deliver structured sports programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, guided by the B.E.S.T. curriculum.

The role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to a fun, safe, and educational experience for participants and their families. You will lead classes, adapt activities to multiple age groups, coordinate with parents and teammates, and ensure attendance and safety

The Youth Pickleball Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families.

Weekly classes are held on Wednesday Afternoons in Gilbert, AZ

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to physically participate in sports activities.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds).
• Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods.
