The Anthropologie Weddings team in Dania Beach seeks an Assistant Department Manager to oversee store operations and lead a high-energy service culture. You will champion brand values, supervise floor activities, drive sales, and balance service with tasks to protect profitability.

Responsibilities include managing payroll and product flow, coordinating with leadership on store initiatives, and ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan
• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization

Responsibilities

• Leads the team as a brand representative reflective of company values; partners with the team on an engaging service environment
• Drives sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations; creates selling initiatives
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using store systems and applications
• Provides timely employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability; develops new hires
• Maintains daily operations including shipment processing, markdowns, transfers, and restocks
