This full-time role supports leadership, mentoring staff, and delivering personalized styling with product recommendations.

The ideal candidate builds lasting client relationships, owns in-store experiences, and contributes to a high-touch service culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting Anthropologie values and enhances the customer experience.
• Builds authentic customer connections and offers expert styling advice with personalized product recommendations.
• Uses technology to provide a frictionless client experience and supports clienteling and education with product knowledge.
• Collaborates with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies to meet store goals.
• Maintains a visually compelling store, keeps it neat and organized, and supports weekly objectives related to customer service and styling.
• Identifies opportunities to maximize sales through styling and product placement while aligning with brand focuses.
• Adheres to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and policies to protect store profitability.
• Contributes to store communication and shares product knowledge and trends with the team.
• Fosters ongoing client relationships through outreach and events, and participates in district forums when applicable.
• Supports leadership in communicating customer insights to improve experiences.
• Participates in team meetings and store initiatives to drive performance and engagement.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to upselling and delivering an individualized customer experience.
