Walters Wedding Estates, in partnership with The Design Haus, seeks detail-driven candidates to join our Silk Floral Production Team in Denton, TX. The role focuses on preparing, assembling, and executing permanent floral designs for weddings and events.

This fast-paced, high-volume production environment requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. Pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to replicate designs consistently.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce silk floral arrangements based on approved designs.
• Process and maintain silk floral inventory and hard goods.
• Prep materials, mechanics, and recipes for large-scale event production.
• Assist with installations and on-site styling as needed.
• Clean, reset, and maintain production space and supplies.
• Load, deliver, unload, and post-event breakdown of floral inventory.
