Job summary

Nick’s Menswear in Scottsdale seeks a Wedding Sales Coordinator to guide couples and wedding parties from introduction to styling and final coordination. You will be the go-to for grooms and wedding parties, leading when the manager is away in a leadership-track role.

Enjoy a dynamic, customer-facing environment with room to grow, as you manage registrations, styling, fittings, and day-to-day store coordination using Google Workspace and Lightspeed POS.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, events, wedding, or styling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in person, by email, and by text.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead wedding consultations and coordinate wedding parties from start to finish.
• Help clients with styling, sizing, fittings, and custom garment selections.
• Manage wedding files, orders, communication, and follow-up.
• Review incoming wedding orders for accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
• Support and coach teammates on wedding processes and customer service.
• Jump in on the sales floor and help keep the store organized and guest-ready.
• Use Google Workspace and Lightspeed POS to manage day-to-day activity.

Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time | Base + Commission

Nick’s Menswear is looking for an outgoing, organized Wedding Sales Coordinator to join our Scottsdale team.

This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role for someone who loves weddings, enjoys working with people, and can keep lots of moving pieces organized. You’ll be the go-to person for grooms, couples, and wedding parties — guiding them from initial registration through styling, fitting, and final coordination.

This is also a leadership-track position, serving as a key store resource and stepping in when the manager is away.

What You’ll Do

• Lead wedding consultations and coordinate wedding parties from start to finish
• Help clients with styling, sizing, fittings, and custom garment selections
• Manage wedding files, orders, communication, and follow-up
• Review incoming wedding orders for accuracy and troubleshoot issues
• Support and coach teammates on wedding processes and customer service
• Jump in on the sales floor and help keep the store organized and guest-ready
• Use Google Workspace and Lightspeed POS to manage day-to-day activity
