Job summary

David’s Bridal in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stylist to deliver exceptional service to customers, help them find the perfect gown, manage appointments, and promote alterations and customization options.

You will guide shoppers with a friendly approach, use the POS system to process transactions, schedule future appointments, and maintain store standards while contributing to sales targets and a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow using POS system and iPad tools to deliver 5-star service.
• Assist multiple customers and address concerns, escalating when needed.
• Schedule appointments and promote alterations services.
• Maintain store standards and promote loyalty programs.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to 65% platform conversion.
