Job summary

Gró Consulting is seeking a Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator in Arvada, CO for Wedding Weekender. This full-time, in-person role supports order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient operations behind the scenes.

You will pick and pack rental orders, inspect returns, keep inventory organized, and assist with cycle counts. The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations and a driven, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a similar hands-on role.
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to follow established processes; comfortable working independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare rental orders for shipment.
• Check in and inspect returned items upon arrival.
• Clean, organize, and reset inventory between rentals.
• Help maintain an organized workspace and inventory system.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and restocking.
• Support small operational projects as needed.
