Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizing creativity and basic floral design knowledge to arrange elements.
• Reviewing, interpreting and executing design plan and recipes.
• Preparing flowers for arrangement by clipping, hydrating and stocking cold storage.
• Transporting and attaching floral designs to large structures.
• Understanding couple’s overall design vision.
• Providing excellent customer service to couples and their wedding party.
• Directing floral setup team members.
• Maintaining inventory of hard goods.
• Designing and transporting florals for occasional off site weddings.
• Ensuring deliverables match client descriptions.
• Making adjustments to florals on wedding day as needed.
• Building and securing arrangements.
