Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking energetic individuals for a warehouse role where earnings are tied to production. You will load cartons from conveyors, scan with RF equipment, and build secure trailer loads, then unload inbound freight, scan, sort, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

This full-time, on-site position offers a performance-based pay structure and opportunities to increase earnings with productivity.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton using handheld RF equipment to ensure accurate tracking.

• Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining productivity standards.
• Remove cartons from inbound floor-loaded trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
• Scan merchandise and sort cartons into designated containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift.

Shift:Wednesday–Saturday (Back Half) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

Freight Loading

• Load cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.

• Scan each carton using handheld RF equipment to ensure accurate tracking.

• Transport rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.

• Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining productivity standards.

Freight Unloading

• Remove cartons from inbound floor-loaded trailers.

• Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.

• Scan merchandise and sort cartons into designated containers.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift.

This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent lifting, walking, bending, and teamwork in a fast-paced operation.

Earnings

Production-Based Compensation

• Average daily earnings of$200–$250

• Typical earnings range from$16/hour to $25+/hour

• Paid by the number of cases loaded and unloaded

• Higher productivity means greater earning potential

Schedule

• Wednesday–Saturday (Back Half)

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  

• Shifts may end earlier depending on production volume
