Job summary

Team Velocity is seeking an entry-level Website Support Specialist L1 to help with website-related requests and collaborate with Customer Success, OEM and Development teams. You will maintain content and gain in-depth knowledge of our automotive-focused solutions.

The role requires a service mindset, curiosity, basic HTML/CSS familiarity, and the ability to work independently or with others while learning the automotive industry and Apollo platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year in Customer Support or similar role.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-facing focus.

Responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocitys products, processes, and Apollo platform.
• Prioritize and resolve website support requests via email, phone, and web submissions.
• Assist onboarding, OEM, and Customer Success teams with website content and inventory management.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions using company tracking systems; stay updated on product enhancements.

Job description

As a Website Support Specialist L1 you must possess superior problem solving and communication skills and have a working knowledge of web building software basic HTML & CSS website coding principles and best practices You have experience working in a support role related to websites and web interfaces Collaborating closely with the Customer Success OEM and Development teams and vendor partners you ensure timely resolutions to website related requests You are service oriented curious flexible enjoy investigating analyzing and solving problems and can work independently as well as in collaboration with other team members You are not afraid to ask questions Your academic and professional experience has instilled a sense of urgency without compromising the integrity of results You will develop and maintain a strong understanding of the automotive industry company culture products services and integrated marketing strategies Knowledge of Salesforce Jira and automotive inventory management is a plus This is an entry level full time salaried position located onsite in our Phoenix AZ office Candidates must reside within daily commuting distance to our Phoenix location

Responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocitys products processes integrated strategies and our proprietary technology platform ApolloPrioritize
• Prioritize and resolve website support related requests in a timely and accurate manner via email phone and web submission
• Assist Onboarding OEM and Customer Success teams with maintenance of website content and inventory management as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree 1 years of relevant experience in Customer Support or similar roleUnderstanding of HTML CSS web building software and content management systemsAbility to quickly learn new software programs and systemsExceptional organization prioritization time management skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentStrong customer facing communication and interpersonal skillsProblem solver with an ability to communicate technical issues clearly and conciselyPositive attitude with patience and empathy displayed through all interactions

Compensation

• This entry level position offers an annual starting salary of 45000 commensurate with experience
