Gather, based in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Website Project Manager to own end-to-end website builds for funeral home clients. You will drive timelines, coordinate AI tools and external designers, and maintain proactive, empathetic communication with customers to ensure on-time launches.

The role emphasizes high ownership, velocity, and a client-centric approach in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. Remote-friendly with in-office or remote options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a high-volume queue of customers or projects where proactive communication was the key to success.
• High-Empathy Communicator: you love talking to customers and push projects forward with empathy for their busy schedules.
• The Translator Ability: you don't need to be a developer, but you must speak the language of the web to coordinate launch tasks and direct contractors.
• AI-Forward Mindset: actively curious about using modern AI tools to speed up workflows and scale output.
• Contractor Coordination: experience giving clear, actionable feedback to external partners or overseas design teams.
• Nice to have: Digital & Web Literacy: background in web design, development, or digital marketing.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with domain and DNS management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Project Lifecycle: Own end-to-end timeline for website builds and keep projects on schedule.
• Master Customer Communication: Lead kickoff calls, provide status updates, and translate technical concepts for clients.
• Overcome "Customer Stall": Diagnose stalls, re-engage customers, and help decisions cross the finish line.
• Direct Design & Quality Assurance: Guide AI tools and contractors to realize the client vision with quality reviews.
• Manage Technical Onboarding: Own onboarding steps and oversee website launch processes.
