Job summary

Wonder Book is seeking candidates for a part-time position with a training period that may transition to full-time after completion. The role runs weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm and is not remote. The job involves standing for the entire shift, moving and lifting inventory, and packing items.

• Help customers locate their purchased books and ensure they are packaged safely for transfer to their new home.
• Stand for the entire shift and be able to lift, lower, and move stacks of inventory; use step stools/ladders as needed.
• Package and process hundreds of unique items daily; maintain a steady pace during the shift.

Job description

Are you a book lover or like to stay busy? Bring smiles to thousands as you help find their newly purchased books and ensure they make it safely to their new home. Listen to audio books or music as you get your steps in for the day and/or package and process hundreds of unique items daily. This is a physical position, requiring employees to be able to move at a steady pace, stand for their entire shift, and be able to continually lift, lower, and move stacks of inventory as well as use step stools/ladders as needed. Great for those that are self-motivated and like to stay busy in a casual environment.

Part-Time training becoming Full-Time after training complete. Weekday hours 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position is NOT remote.
