Job summary

Lifted Logic is seeking a Site Building Specialist to bring websites to life using WordPress. You will build out sites from pre-approved designs and content, and perform ongoing staging and live updates.

The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and collaboration with designers, writers, and developers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Hybrid schedule: in-office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Uses the custom built CMS to create pages of website.
• Efficiently produce digital layouts by inserting content into pre-designed templates.
• Adds pre-approved content into components to build website on staging environment.
• Make content updates to live sites.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to gather layout production requirements.
• Carry out administrative duties such as scanning, copying, etc.
• Manage multiple layout production projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Role

Position Summary

Site Building Specialists assists in bringing each website to life and giving general support to the office as a whole. Using WordPress, the Site Building Specialist builds out new websites, using pre-approved content from web content writer, and building the site to look like the pre-approved designs created by the graphic designer. The Site Building Specialist is also responsible for general office assistance and cleanliness.

Essential Job Functions

• Uses the custom built CMS to create pages of website
• Efficiently produce digital layouts by inserting content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, into pre-designed templates for various digital platforms.
• Adds the pre-approved content (images and text) into the components to build website on staging environment
• Make content updates to live sites
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to gather layout production requirements and execute on production tasks.
• Carry out administrative duties such as scanning, copying, etc.
• Manage multiple layout production projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned
