Job summary

Higglo is a remote-first studio focused on depth in ABA and behavioral health brands, delivering growth systems across SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, and web. The team operates async by default, values ownership, and reviews every application.

We collaborate across designers, researchers, and CRO specialists to create fast, optimized websites, landing pages, and intake forms while maintaining strong QA across client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience building responsive websites using Webflow and WordPress.
• Ability to run A/B tests and implement CRO strategies.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow and WordPress based on design files and content briefs
• Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and CRO specialists to implement A/B tests, forms, and intake flows
• Optimize sites for Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO best practices
• Manage ongoing site updates, integrations (analytics, forms, third-party tools), and QA across multiple client projects
