Webber, a Ferrovial company headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to support our heavy civil and infrastructure projects in Texas. You will operate rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler tractors with a front bucket, perform site prep and loading, follow safety policies, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
A High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of construction experience are preferred.

Supervisor: Foreman
Operates a rubber‑tired, skid steer, or crawler type tractor with an attached scoop type bucket on front end. Machine is used to load materials from stockpiles, excavation, charging batch plants, loading and unloading tricks. May be used with attachments in lieu of the bucket.
The employee in this job must be knowledgeable about and follow the company's safety policies and procedures as described in the company's safety manual.
High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
three or more years related construction experience preferred.
Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers. Ability to perceive attributes of objects and materials.
Outdoor exposure to changing weather conditions (rain, sun, snow, wind, etc.)
