Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Field Engineer to support projects in San Antonio, TX. The role acts as the liaison between the construction site and the office, spending 75–90% of time in the field to learn construction management and contribute to project data, planning and execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or related degree, is proficient in MS Office, communicates clearly in English, and holds a valid driver’s license for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans for field efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze budgeted vs actual production rates and yield of materials.
• Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.
