Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Web Tools Programmer based in Santa Monica, California. This hybrid role involves designing full-stack web applications, customizing Atlassian tools, and enhancing workflows across departments. A strong background in the video game industry and experience with technology stacks is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of various web development frameworks and distributed systems. Competitive salary ranging from $141,000 to $176,700 USD.
This is a hybrid/onsite position.

Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current‑generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. We’re also proud to say that The Last of Us Part I and Part II are now available for the first time on PC. We see great potential in this expansion for services like asset management, our build pipeline, and large‑scale game data. As a Web Tools Programmer, you will have total project ownership, including the development and deployment of the entire technology stack. From integrating with our game's runtime codebase, architecting a backend infrastructure, and developing functional user interfaces, our game development team will rely on you to innovate and improve our engine’s toolset.
As part of the Naughty Dog application process, candidates should expect to be given a technical interview.
Est. USA base pay range for the Los Angeles area: $141,000 – $176,700 USD. This role may be eligible for additional compensation packages that include annual bonus and other incentive plans.
