  • Serves as the centralized production resource for content requests from divisions across the organization.
  • Coordinates with the Digital Experience Manager and external partners on technical updates and platform maintenance.
  • Enforces web content standards, style guides, and governance protocols.
  • Conducts accessibility audits and ensures all content meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards and ADA requirements.
  • Ensures quality assurance and testing of all published work, including automated and manual accessibility testing.
  • Monitors and reports on website analytics and user behavior data to inform content and navigation improvements.
  • Identifies and remediates broken links, outdated pages, and content gaps on a routine basis.
  • Collaborates with Communications colleagues on digital campaigns, announcements, and public engagement initiatives, and on internal communications and intranet platform support.
  • Supports the rollout of the new website, including content migration, staff training, and CMS onboarding.
  • Assesses raw inputs against digital best practices and governance standards, escalating to other members of the Digital Experience team for additional scoping when appropriate.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the Digital Experience team and department objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of experience.
What additional skills and experience would be helpful in this job (desired qualifications):
  • Experience with web content in a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Experience writing web content that meets digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and best practices.
  • Experience working and collaborating in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive environments.
What knowledge, skills and abilities you should have within the first six months on the job:

  • Knowledge of embedding tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and document accessibility.
  • Knowledge of digital content best practices.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Umbraco, WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a plain-language communications focus.
