Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union seeks a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences on BECU.org and digital platforms. You’ll drive web solutions, migrate platforms, and partner with UX, Marketing, and IT to deliver scalable experiences.

You will work across campaigns and product initiatives to enhance engagement, accessibility, and performance, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work in a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Web Solution Delivery: deliver digital web solutions across campaigns and product initiatives.
• Front-End Development: build landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: assist the Sitecore to Optimizely transition.
• Personalization & Targeting: support tailoring digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT.
• User Experience & Accessibility: ensure WCAG/A11Y compliant, responsive design.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning and estimation.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: identify and fix front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: align with brand, SEO, legal, regulatory, ADA.
• Technology Integration: assist marketing tech integrations into web platforms.
• Analytics-Driven Improvements: use data insights to refine solutions.
• Documentation & Process: document workflows and requirements.

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA,OR,ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC,CAor VA. Ifyou'relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Web Solution Delivery: You'llexecute digital web solutions that support campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements across BECU's digital platforms.
• Front-End Development: You'llbuild andmaintainlanding pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• DXP & Platform Migration Support: You'llcontribute to the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely, ensuring scalable and modern solutions.
• Personalization & Targeting: You'llhelp deliver tailored digital experiences by supporting personalization and audience targeting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'llpartner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web solutions.
• User Experience & Accessibility: You'llensure all solutions align with UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG/A11Y), and responsive design principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1 yearof experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.

Desired Qualifications

• Proficiencyin HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
• Experience working with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or equivalent.
• Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Understandingofdigital testing and optimization methodologies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
• Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects frominitialdirection through completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
