The Distribution Engineering team is part of the gTech Web and Search Ecosystems team supporting Chrome and Google Search's goal of healthy, vibrant web in this increasingly agentic world. We're a group of technical experts developing technologies to distribute effectively Google's Products. By building reliable monetization platforms for Google and our partners, we aim to accelerate their reach to new users through partnerships.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $128000 - $184000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Learn more about benefits at Google.
