Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a security-focused professional to join our Detection team in New York, specializing in anti-bot and anti-fraud capabilities. You will reverse-engineer adversaries, develop detection signals, and automate investigations to scale defenses across our global network.

The role requires deep web expertise, proficiency in Python/JavaScript, and an adversarial mindset to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of web security and attacker tooling.
• Experience with reverse engineering and ethical hacking.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/JavaScript) for PoCs and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Study adversaries by reverse-engineering bot tools and fraud kits.
• Probe detections like an attacker to close gaps and stay ahead.
• Track bot and fraud ecosystems and convert insights into detection signals.
• Develop heuristics, signatures, and detection ideas with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Design mitigations that preserve detection signals while neutralizing attackers.
• Automate analyst workflows by turning manual investigations into scalable processes.
