This organization is dedicated to empowering users and driving business success through exceptional digital experiences. Joining this team means directly shaping the quality and success of cutting-edge web sites and web applications, ensuring every project exceeds expectations and sets new benchmarks in the industry.

About The Role

We are heavily focused on website and web application QA, particularly testing websites across desktop and mobile browsers, performing contextual and exploratory testing, and validating third-party integrations and functionality within websites.

This pivotal role is not just about finding bugs; it's about deeply understanding user journeys, anticipating potential issues, and proactively safeguarding the integrity of every digital product. As a curious investigator, you will ask critical questions that lead to exceptional user experiences and robust solutions. Your insights will be crucial in delivering flawless, impactful solutions that delight users and drive success, directly impacting the quality and success of cutting-edge web applications.

What You'll Do
  • Understand project requirements and business goals to strategically determine testing scope.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans with minimal oversight.
  • Perform contextual testing, evaluating real-world user interactions beyond predefined requirements.
  • Identify and address functional issues, usability concerns, content problems, accessibility issues, and inconsistencies across various browsers and devices.
  • Verify robust integrations with third-party systems, including forms, CRMs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and APIs.
  • Validate responsive design and behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Reproduce reported issues, investigate root causes, and provide clear, detailed bug documentation for developers.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, developers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to release and regression testing cycles for ongoing website maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality of websites and web applications prior to client release.
Impact and Growth Opportunities

You will proactively explore complex scenarios, ensuring intuitive workflows, robust system responses, and seamless functionality across all browsers and devices. Your critical thinking and proactive identification of issues will be vital in elevating the overall quality of every project delivered. Looking ahead, you will be instrumental in evolving testing capabilities by implementing automated testing for web applications. This exciting responsibility includes evaluating and selecting automation frameworks, creating automated regression tests, and seamlessly integrating automated testing into the development workflow, directly impacting efficiency and product quality.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in testing websites or web applications.
  • A unique ability to think critically from both a business analyst's and an end user's perspective.
  • Strong foundational understanding of modern website and web application functionality.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in writing clear, reproducible bug reports.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be a US citizen and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with testing content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
  • Proficiency with browser developer tools.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and SQL.
  • Experience in testing accessibility (WCAG), performance, and SEO-related functionality.
  • Background in Agile development environments.
