Mittera is seeking a Web Press Roll Tender to maintain roll stock and assist press operations. The role involves preparing rolls, staging, splicing, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support smooth production.

Responsibilities include performing daily maintenance checks, recording data, and collaborating with the Lead Operator to meet department metrics while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Requires the ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment.
• Must be able to function under stress and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Verify roll inventory against job ticket.
• Record roll numbers and weight on log sheet.
• Prep rolls and stage in locations; move and splice rolls.
• Check oil levels and maintain logs; clean work areas.
• Complete paperwork and ensure department goals are met.
