Minimum 5+ years as Web Press Operator in manufacturing.
Proven experience operating Heidelberg, Goss, Digital and Commercial web presses.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Heidelberg, Goss web press, Digital press, and Commercial web presses to ensure top print quality.
Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot issues to prevent malfunctions.
Monitor runs and adjust color/position for accuracy per job specs.
Coordinate with team and other departments to meet production deadlines.
Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
Continuously seek ways to improve print quality and production efficiency.
