Job summary

Woodward Communications, Inc. is seeking a pressroom helper to support daily pressroom activities during shifts. You will assist press operators and the production manager with task execution and monitor quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing light maintenance tasks as part of pressroom operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Jogs, stacks and ties the product from the press.
• Assists with web press set-up and pressroom cleaning.
• Fills ink fountains as needed and supports press maintenance.
• Bends and mounts plates while following safety protocols.
• Participates in safety training and reports safety concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned by managers.
