Job summary

A grocery retail company in Lebanon County is seeking a Ready Clerk to process web orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must have dexterity in hands to be able to use tablets and cellular phone.
• Must have strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple guest’s orders.
• Must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds up to forty percent (40%) of the time.
• Must be able to walk and stand for the majority of your scheduled work shift.

Responsibilities

• Process web orders as they are generated.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Work closely with department managers to ensure order fulfillment.
