Job summary

La Vie en Rose is hiring for a permanent part-time role to support daily store operations and online order fulfillment. You will engage with internal teams, manage order preparation, and assist customers with efficiency and care.

This position offers flexible hours, a pay range of 18.25–19.75 CAD per hour, and benefits like group insurance and paid personal days for full-time equivalents. You’ll join a family-owned retailer with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders.
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products, remove hangers, check items for quality and cleanliness.
• Pack and ship orders, receive and validate products from other stores.
• Prepare weekly supply orders and keep the work area tidy.
• Follow head office policies and assist team as needed.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

• Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders;
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed;
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we’ll show you how during your training!);
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders;
• Prepare the supply order each week;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy;
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support your team.

HOURLY SALARY : 18,25 $ - 19,75 $
