Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks a Web Implementation Specialist to build and optimize WordPress websites for foreUP customers in the Golf & Club vertical. You’ll configure pages, templates, and plugins while ensuring accessibility and basic SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on WordPress experience with a portfolio of completed website projects.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, page builders, plugins, forms, and standard site settings.
• Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility and foundational SEO/GEO best practices.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Degree in web development, information technology, digital media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and update responsive WordPress websites using approved designs, templates, content, and brand standards.
• Create and configure pages, navigation, forms, themes, plugins, and reusable components with WordPress and HTML/CSS as needed.
• Migrate and organize website content while improving formatting, usability, accessibility, and basic SEO/GEO elements.
• Identify and correct common ADA/WCAG accessibility issues using approved tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot common website issues and support hosting, staging, backups, SSL, caching, and deployment tasks.
• Support analytics and approved integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve website performance.

The Web Implementation Specialist builds, configures, and reviews WordPress websites for foreUP customers. This role organizes and implements customer-provided content and assets while using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and technical troubleshooting skills to create responsive, accessible, and search-friendly websites. The specialist also completes pre-launch quality assurance, resolves website issues, applies SEO and WCAG best practices, documents findings, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality websites on schedule.

Some of the things you'll do:
