Job summary

FourKites seeks a Web Growth & SEO Manager to own how prospects find and move through the website, from search to conversion. You will merge experimentation, SEO, GEO, and AEO into a unified growth roadmap and collaborate with the Web Platform Lead on technical implementations.

You will drive strategy, content, insights, and measurable growth, with a focus on B2B enterprise SaaS impact and AI-enabled visibility. Chicago-based, onsite role with stock options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web strategy and optimization for B2B SaaS.
• Proven results from structured experimentation and organic search programs.
• Experience with Google Search Console, a major SEO platform, and a testing platform (VWO, Optimizely, or others).
• Strong analytics skills in GA4 and tag management.
• A strong point of view on GEO and AEO with hands-on results.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, enough to specify requirements and review work.
• Use of LLMs and AI tools in analysis and workflow automation.
• Clear writing and presentation skills; able to influence developers, writers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the website strategy, roadmap, and performance across brand, product, solution, and resource pages.
• Align web priorities with demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales stakeholders.
• Own the A/B testing program: research, hypotheses, prioritization, test design, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain a testing backlog and a library of learnings that informs design and messaging.
• Partner with the Web Platform Lead on new builds, QA, and tooling.
• Own the SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and roadmap, tied to topics that matter to pipeline.
• Define keyword, topic, and entity strategy for product, solution, industry, and thought-leadership content.
• Optimize on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and refreshes of underperforming pages.
• Track and improve brand presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI features).
• Structure content for extraction and citation: clear answers, FAQs, entity coverage, authoritative sourcing, and schema.
• Run technical SEO audits and write clear requirements for the Web Platform Lead to implement.
• Support off-page efforts that influence search and AI visibility, such as digital PR and third-party presence.
• Review content briefs and drafts for search intent and topical completeness.
• Partner with content, product marketing, and demand generation on campaigns and landing pages.
• Assist with SEO content creation.

About the Role

The Web Growth & SEO Manager will own how prospects find and move through the FourKites website, from search and AI answers to conversion. You will combine experimentation, SEO, GEO, and AEO into one growth roadmap. You will partner with the Web Developer owning technical implementation, so your focus is strategy, content, insight, and measurable growth.

What You'll Do

Strategy and experimentation

Analytics and insight

• Own dashboards and reporting in GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms (SE Ranking, SEMrush, or similar)
• Report on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversion, and pipeline contribution
• Define tracking requirements and work with the Web Platform Lead to implement and validate them

Content and collaboration

• Review content briefs and drafts for search intent and topical completeness
• Partner with content, product marketing, and demand generation on campaigns and landing pages
• Assist with SEO content creation

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in web strategy and optimization with B2B Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Demonstrated results from structured experimentation and organic search programs

Compensation

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus and incentive compensation as well as participation in FourKites' employee stock option program.
