Job summary

Drury University seeks a Web Developer Work Study to support the Senior Digital & Graphic Designer in maintaining the university website. You'll update UI/UX interfaces, content, graphics, data dashboards, and layouts, using HTML/CSS and WordPress.

You will collaborate with university staff across departments to ensure web content is current, accurate, and engaging, while staying abreast of digital trends and recommending improvements to the Marketing & Communications team.

Qualifications

Must be a regular, full-time student enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester.
Must have a completed FAFSA on file with Financial Aid for the current academic year.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge with background in web technologies.

Responsibilities

Assists Senior Digital & Graphic Designer in completing web update requests via the department's ticketing system.
Helps provide great UX on the Drury University website to inform students, faculty, staff, alumni and others.
Coordinates with Drury employees requesting changes to ensure web content is current, relevant, compelling, and consistent.
Participates in updating each department's web presence.
