WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Web Developer at Level 2 in Fort Meade, Maryland. The position focuses on designing, building, testing, and maintaining websites to deliver engaging, user-friendly digital experiences while adhering to design guidelines and compliance requirements.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive experience in web technologies including HTML, Visual Basic, Java, and XML to support high-performance applications.

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of experience as a Web Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional Web Developer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Maintain a functioning user-accessible website.
Code less complex websites using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based languages.
Support website planning and deployment.
Write documentation regarding the website’s technical requirements.
Maintain website documentation to assist with maintenance and upgrades.
Develop, test, and support high-performance, innovative web-based applications.
Troubleshoot software problems and provide solutions with latest technologies.
Integrate new web products with existing applications to improve functionality and design.
