Job summary

Catholic Mutual Group is seeking a Web Developer for our home office in Omaha, NE. The role designs, develops, tests, and supports enterprise web applications using Blazor, C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot.

Qualifications

• Two years of web development experience with .NET technologies including C#.
• Experience with Blazor and SQL Server preferred.
• Experience with website design, database development, documentation, and application security practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of modern web design principles and user experience best practices.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-level web applications.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain database-driven applications using SQL Server and related technologies.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and application support materials.
• Implement and support application security controls and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to website and application users.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Communicate project status, progress, and technical information to stakeholders.
• Assist with employee training and user adoption of new applications and technologies.
