• Break large initiatives into increments Portland can deliver.
• Build React self-service tools to reduce ticket requests.
• Decode the undocumented Analytical Thinking service referenced in the ad.
• Push Ruby changes safely behind flags to enable quick rollbacks in Portland, OR.
