Instant is a technology company on a mission to power the world's most innovative brands, driving their revenue and retention on autopilot. We are entering an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month, have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s across three funding rounds, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling up this velocity even further!
At Instant, the growth team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our team’s job is to maximise revenue by efficiently driving sales demos. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels and motions, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.
Instant is looking for a website designer with specialised experience optimising websites for conversions. With the majority of our leads now come through our website, we need a designer with a full-time focus on optimising this funnel, the same way our retailers optimise their checkouts.
Our growth is in the top 1% of the 1%, and this role is critical to accelerating that trajectory as we double down on inbound and self-serve revenue in 2025. You will own the global conversion strategy for our website, take charge of inbound KPIs, and be the driving force behind our web performance, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to push the boundaries of possibility.
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who is hungry to operate in a fast-paced environment
Regularly redesign and optimise our landing pages, forms, and other pages, to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Turn every page on our website into an optimised conversion opportunity.
Measure the performance of all pages, forms, and funnels, to clearly understand bottlenecks. Find and implement solutions to these bottlenecks.
Balance lead quality with quantity, as well as brand, and other design priorities.
Drive our end-to-end website CRO strategy, building a robust experimentation engine that improves funnel conversion. You will craft the roadmap that turns traffic into high-quality leads, running rapid tests to optimise performance.
Partner with technical teams to execute high-impact experiments at speed while self-serving execution wherever possible.
Own conversion KPIs (leads, MQLs, booked demos) related to direct traffic and report on inputs, outputs, insights, and plans.
Help shape our experimentation and analytics tech stack to enable faster, more sophisticated testing.
2+ years of experience building and optimising websites for SaaS companies.
Deep expertise in website analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, Optimizely), conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and UX design.
An understanding of top-of-funnel marketing channels like paid ads and organic search, and how they impact website design and conversion funnels.
Revenue obsession, performance-driven mindset, and urgency to deliver real results to the business. Early-stage startup experience preferred.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience with reporting out of HubSpot, Excel, and SQL.
Creative and resourceful – constantly generating new ideas and eager to experiment.
We commit to paying globally competitive salaries to our incredible team.
Nobody is a renter. Everyone is an owner, having equity in the company so we can all benefit from our hard work and future success.

In addition to the standard 4 weeks of leave per year, Instant also ensures the end of year shutdown (across Christmas and New Year) is a fully paid break.
You’ll receive all new equipment including a MacBook Pro, monitor, and accessories.
Instant prioritises the value and energy of being together in person, based in our newly opened offices in Sydney or Flatiron, New York. We have a flexible balance, and work from home 2 days per week.
Health and high-quality medical insurance for our United States based employees.
