Supertek Software Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is seeking a creative Junior Web & UI Designer to craft clean, responsive interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for digital products.

You will collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure feasible handoffs and pixel-perfect results on modern web experiences. The role emphasizes consistent branding, typography, and grid systems, plus iteration based on feedback from user testing and stakeholders.

Formación

• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects and UI case studies.
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, and responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Visual & Interface Design: Create clean, responsive web layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for digital platforms, landing pages, and web apps.
• Asset Creation: Design supporting visual collateral (icons, banners, promotional graphics, social media assets) using industry-standard design tools.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints, following established brand guidelines, typography scales, and color systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and project leads to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Iteration & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from user testing, team reviews, and stakeholders to refine designs quickly.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Web & UI Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual & Interface Design: Create clean, responsive web layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for digital platforms, landing pages, and web apps.
• Asset Creation: Design supporting visual collateral (icons, banners, promotional graphics, social media assets) using industry-standard design tools.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints, following established brand guidelines, typography scales, and color systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and project leads to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Iteration & Feedback: Incorporate feedback from user testing, team reviews, and stakeholders to refine designs quickly.

What We Are Looking For

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating digital design projects, responsive web concepts, or UI case studies (personal or client work).
• Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Figma or Adobe XD; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of grid systems, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, color theory, and typography.
• Execution & Communication: Clear communication skills, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and how modern web layouts (Flexbox, CSS Grid) function in practice.
• Familiarity with user-centric design principles for vernacular or low-bandwidth digital audiences.
• Experience preparing organized, developer-ready design files (Figma components, auto-layout, design tokens).
