Job summary

Avam is seeking a Web Designer to translate Avam's scientific and product story into clear, engaging digital experiences. You will work across marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches and strengthen brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience designing responsive websites for technical brands, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing responsive websites for technical or product brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual design, usability, and responsive layouts.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for web design workflows, including developer handoff in Figma.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility standards, and web performance principles.
• Experience with design systems, WordPress and Webflow.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear digital experiences.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams and product launch stakeholders.
• Biotechnology experience is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with scientific subject-matter experts.
• Bilingual
