Qualifications

• Strong understanding of web design principles, layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS/SCSS with responsive techniques.
• Experience with Bootstrap and modern design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
• A portfolio demonstrating previous web design work.
• Degree in graphic/web design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

What you’ll do

• Design and build visually appealing, modern, and user-friendly websites
• Create responsive designs that perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and design requirements
• Translate branding, content, and project requirements into effective website designs
• Collaborate with developers to help ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Apply updates and revisions based on client and internal feedback
• Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, color, imagery, and overall visual hierarchy
• Support strong user experience and intuitive navigation
• Manage multiple website projects at once while meeting deadlines
• Stay current with web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Key requirements

Compensation and schedule

• Salary: USD 60,000 per year (from $60,000.00 per year), competitive based on experience, skill level, and qualifications
